Kung Fu for your children! Club Kung Fu offers Wing Tsun instruction to children as young as 4 ½ years. In this program the students are taught the same curriculum as the adult students and more. We stress the flexibility of the mind and body so that the student can perform to the best of his or her ability. Remember that all martial arts teach discipline, concentration, and respect. The difference is in how each is presented.

Wing Tsun (or WT as it is commonly abbreviated) kung-fu is a fighting system that will work for anyone. Developed by female in order to exploit larger and stronger attackers, Wing Tsun is based on a set of fighting principles and force principles, rather than strength and brute force. Instead of flashy and big movements we focus on using simple, direct, and effective movements based on simple body mechanics rather than stiff techniques.
In our classes, you will strengthen your body and mind, while you learn a highly effective method of personal defense. Students are taught as a group, yet guided individually. The class environment is relaxed yet disciplined. It is said here that more is not better, faster is not better; but better is better.
