WingTsun (or WT as it is commonly abbreviated) kung-fu is self-defense that will work for anyone. In our classes, you will strengthen your body and mind, while you learn a highly effective method of personal defense. You will learn to defend against larger and stronger attackers using simple, direct, and effective techniques. Students are taught as a group, yet guided individually. The class environment is relaxed yet disciplined. While others concentrate on fighting technique we stress fighting principles, others teach movements we apply force principles. All our fighting exercises follow those principle while others just pak the time away.
Our students come from different backgrounds. They range from very successful corporate executives or business owners to high school and college students. Some are black belts from other system, others are totally new to the martial arts, and others have studied 1 to 15 years of Wing Chun before coming here. Each student starts from the beginning. Where it leads is up to you.
